Full of hyperbole and ridiculous plans, this a a wild book. What imagination.

It's a door stopper sized book but starts out well, with the enormous white horse. . . . lots of magical realism.

An over the top kind of book that goes full throttle into good and evil at the end of the 19th C, possibly although it's hard to tell. Magic abounds in every exaggerated turn of phrase.
