Still chugging along with this one. It's getting better (I think?). It has helped to think of it as a "slow burn" even if it wasn't meant to be one.

Experiencing one of those "is it me?" things because this feels so slow. But I love H.G.'s Island of Dr. M. And I love this cover (which I think has to count for quite a bit, right?). And this is my first Silvia Moreno-Garcia book, and I'm required to like it because I either brilliantly or stupidly purchased multiple books by her at once.
Hopefully this gets better and is just a me in a mood thing.
