reading this book feels like eating sandpaper. the writing is so dry i'm genuinely thirsty. i won't give up so close to the end, but may the Lord have mercy on my tortured soul and give me strength to carry on to the finish.

i still am failing to see the point of this novel. random vignettes really with no clear timeline. i suppose it will all come together by the end or something. but i'm struggling to care really.

the writing is so disjointed jumping from one shit to another who tf is harlow who tf is todd first shes in the airport then someones in her house and then a tampons stuck in the toilet and then the landlord is a weirdo with a mustache. what/???? whats the plot even im so confused. then theyre watching tv with todd and his gf. how we get here/???????
