Why do I feel like we’ve drawn subtle relations to Terrassen / TOG through Azriel’s pov? The looking north and green aura. And I feel like Erebos, a humanoid shaped shadow with no features but golden eyes …. Idk man am I being paranoid? I want TOG to be left alone

OOF I hate this LMAO. I hate Azriel for being with Elain, Elain for just crying (does she actually have a personality or did I forget?), and Lucien for being so primal about defending her

Additionally: it surprises me that Elaine still refuses Lucien. She seems naive and whimsical enough to believe in mates, especially being surrounded by them. And I don’t think Elaine banishing Azriel’s shadows is a good thing. He didn’t seem Bryaxis coming because of it. I don’t think she’s his light to his darkness or whatever

I was all for Elaine and Azriel but being in his head really doesn’t do it for me. You’d think loyalty to his brothers and the court alone would outweigh the self imposed entitlement and sense of justice he feels for Elaine

Good for SJM to project motherhood onto Feyre or whatever but I’m not here to read a story about parents. So much time and character identity is taken up by that 6 month old kid

Did I miss or forget it or did we ever find out about what truly happened between Eris and Mor/ why Eris is so morally ambiguous outside of wanting to take his father’s place as high lord

I have a feeling this book is a setup to end in a catastrophe. It will end open ended and horrible 😶‍🌫️
There’s a lot of emotional build up of love and gratitude,conflict, and forgiveness (or lack thereof). Perfect grounds for an emotionally destructive cliffhanger

It’s insane to me that we’re 6 books in and Nesta has never learned to self reflect. She has not changed and cannot admit to her own faults. She still can’t properly apologize or even admit out loud (even to herself) that what she did might have been wrong. It’s insane. And to say she is back to where she was before ACOSF?? Then what did we have her book for? Just to eradicate any of her “growth”?
