I haven’t devoured a trilogy this quickly in a hot minute. Jury is still out on whether this instalment (or this series, honestly) is *good*.
This book is definitely returning to more of a Book 1 feel. Characterisation isn’t as interesting as Book 2, but I’m still glued to the page so clearly I can’t disparage it all that much.
What a lovely, fanfiction-y turn the end of 2026 has taken!

I’m so sorry this whole scene has me CACKLING! The mental images, I swear. Then the internal dialogue to top it off. I’m DEAD.
