It’s as funny as I’d hoped it would be which definitely makes up for it not being a fantasy.

It got a little too cheesy, but I have hope for the ending.

I’m still surprised that I love it more with each passing page.

It just keeps getting better! I can tell the author loves fairytales and it’s nigh impossible not to share their enjoyment of the infectious, silly (yet macabre) joy these tales bring. Personal setbacks with the sexual tension, but that’s nothing new lol. A high 4 is in the cards, people.

Ridiculously, compulsively readable.

The cracks are sadly becoming evident, but it’s still a great time overall. I hope the pseudo love triangle dies a quick death— and soon!

So much going on!

Very positive so far!

Once more I fall victim to an amazing Prologue. I am worried that it might become a little too quirky for me, but the good vastly outweighs the bad.
Finished an… alright book and procrastinating 2 others. What could go wrong?

Oh, brother…

Regrettably, it got good… again.

My feelings towards this book are seesawing so often that it is hard to know how I’ll even feel about the overall experience until the very end. As of now: equally heartbroken and annoyed. With, perhaps, the tiniest bit of respect sandwiched between both extremes.

Sadly, my goodwill has somewhat evaporated and the sex certainly isn’t helping either. This is diabolical and I think I’ve had enough for the day.

Oh my gosh, that was a delicious section I just devoured. I must concede, this book is unreasonably looooong! I put in the time and barely manage to move the needle—if that. Well, at least I’m enjoying myself. Honestly, I could be having a considerably worse time (2025, may you never return).

Earlier today, I found myself pessimistically mourning my lack of adoration for these popular books. Why can’t I be in the loop? Why am I being made to look like a tryhard hater?
Well. Whilst I still have my issues, I have significantly warmed up to this book. I basically read the entire afternoon and it was absolutely delightful! Ah, on to more promising horizons!
