I read Annie Jacobsen's Nuclear War, and as one of those freaks morbidly obsessed with nuclear war (honestly don't know why) I was both captured by her writing style and appauled at her worldbuilding.

Annie Jacobsen writes compelling fiction but clearly she wants to write non-fiction, which isn't her strong suit. She has a record of getting information wrong and using AI. Not a good look when trying to be factual.
