I've never had these hard conversations with the Hearts I'm with, and I wish I can regulate myself enough to open that can of worms. Someday, someday. I know at some point they'll get very exhausted and let me go. So, thank you for giving me the space for me to fall apart a bit so that I wouldn't crumble entirely. 🥹

Understanding (ADHD) co-morbidities is always fascinating; it's like finally knowing what concealer/color corrector tint to use for a skin problem while also considering the skin complexion.
Having one mental condition most likely means you'll have at least two. :') Psychotherapy really sits in the shoulders of both theory and practice, as it strategizes creatively using hard research about ADHD in all aspects.

At first I thought the "How To People" chapter would be the one that I can't relate to the most in the book due to my extroversion and how socializing is less intimidating when you're born into a collective culture (being Filipino), but it is true: overestimating/underestimating how people perceive you and changing yourself, does fuck you up a lot. Choose your relationships wisely, choose those who choose you.
