i love antonetta’s friendship with connor

“I saw you dancing with Lin, she wants to say. I saw the way you looked at her, and the way she looked at you. It must tear you apart not to get what you want”

I need a 2000pages long book about just lin and connor

“Dance with me.”
“But—Everyone will see us.”
“And?”

oh I missed my idgaf king connor

“If he were someone else, he could offer Antonetta another option. Though he supposed it was the height of presumption to assume she would want to marry him, even if desperate”

bruh kel, you’re so blind 😭 it’s giving adrien agreste

“Ji-An drove as if Gentleman Death himself were at her heels”

darlington, is that you?

“And Mariam’s faith did not weigh Lin down; it was not something for her to carry. Rather, it had always carried her”

awwww

“Kel stood motionless for a moment, where he could still smell the lingering scent of her perfume. Where he could imagine her still there with him, a handsbreadth away”

welcome back, anthony bridgerton

“He called me by a name that wasn’t mine”

oh so the obsession with Lin is bad 🤣

“Is that really what you think?. Or do you just want Antonetta Alleyne’s future husband dead?”
Kel smiled tightly. “Why must it be one of the other?”
