Lily takes Sharkie to Hell to meet Lucifier. On their way they meet Bel and Sharky asks if Bel is Lily's Princess friend. Sharkie is convinced that she needs to go to hell because of her upbringings. Lucifier suggests to talk to her alone - but at a distance so Sharkie and Lily can still see each other. Bel convinces Lily that she can help Sharkie and the other demons would be willing to help out as well.

“Lots of rules are there for a good reason, most rules are there to make the world a better place, but some rules are just stupid. Thankfully, there’s no rule that says I’m not allowed to stop an elevator in the Afterlife so that my new friend can have a good cry and not be so scared. Actually, I’m following the rule of ‘basic decency,’ which is to take care of each other.”

In the next chapter - Shark Week - Lily finds out about Sharkie's sad past life with various sorts of abuse, foster home and a pastor that is not worth having such a title. Lily instantly thinks "This kid is mine. No one hurts her anymore".

Lily feels that it is essential that she is doing whatever she can to make it as great as possible for Sharkie.

In the next chapter - Pinkie Promise - Lily is meeting with Siedah. Lily is updating her about Hellp desk and Siedah admires Lily's confidence and stats that she cannot believe that confidence was ever a problem for Lily in any of her previous lives. Siedah has grown confidence from familiarity while it seems that Lily's confidence comes from her heart.

Bel and Lily had made some jokes to each other

Lily to Bel - “I’ll tell him you put on a milkmaid outfit and mooed like a cow when you climaxed.

Bel to Lily - “I’ll tell him you spanked me like a pro and couldn’t get off unless you spoke in a French
accent.”

The chapter ends with Lily explaining what carpe natem’ means - seize the butt cheek’ or ‘seize the ass’

In the office, Bel and Lily are bonding and eating a really good pie. Bel keeps calling Lily princess and she asks about wing etiquette - and realize that she accidentally touched a very sensitive part during their first meeting.

"He rested his cheek on top of her head. “We’re here for each other, princess. And thank you."

In the next chapter - Carpe Natem - Lily is visiting Bel in his office. There is tension already before Lily enter Bel's office. Lily meets Leviathan, Prince of Hell, who tells her that it is of utmost importance that we do not sully our working spaces with sex. (Lily will later on tell Bel this and he is asking her what she replied to that).

In the next chapter - pie-rates (read pirates) - Lily and Bel are playing the Invaders under the nick names Bel of the Ball and Flower Power. Several weeks have passed since their first meeting and still Lily remmebrs when Bel told her that "Nothing about you feels temporary." Bel calls her Princess, realize that it just slipped out of his mouth and asked if it was ok. Lily liked being called princess by Bel

If Lily would reincarnate, she would eventually come back to afterlife but then she would not remember everything they have been doing in the afterlife. Greg is afraid that Bel would be left behind and hurt in the end.
