hmmm if we’re following romantasy trends… is this harbinger the actual mmc or…..?

the thing about joy,
real joy, the kind that lights you from within,
is that once you’ve felt it,
its absence becomes a presence of its own.

a shadow that follows you,
reminding you of what you’ve lost.
what you might never have again.

how cruel,
to have spent my life starving for it.

“i would not cry. i would not break.”

“you speak of monsters as if they’re simple creatures. but monsters are made, mireille. they’re forged in the fires of betrayal and tempered in the ice of abandonment.”

damn

“do not call for other gods while i am inside you. do you understand?”

sir yes sir 🙈

“oh, but that’s where you’re mistaken, wife. there are countless ways i can make you feel pleasure while bound.”

🙈🙈

“is that all that’s pierced?”

🤣🤣🤣
