The chapter with Andy’s mom is very touching. I’m glad he has her to lean on. It describes a mom’s unconditional love and I’m sure it means a lot to him. In general I appreciate how realistic the process of a breakup is depicted. It’s ugly, raw, confusing, sad. It takes time and Andy’s process of dealing with it is truly a journey

It’s so true that when a couple breaks up, it affects so much outside of the immediate two people. It was Andy and Jen and Jane and Avi and together they were such a close group. That will never be the same and the friendships and memories are not the same
