The plot twist of knowing that Daki came from heaven into the spirit realm for Maki(his great grandchild) is so sweet.
Plus Mask and Daki are age reversed i knew there was something about them like why in put random side characters without purpose and put such great detail into them
You did great Daki so proud of you

Quite interesting it has peaked my interest
I love the little bit of communication and the sass between Mina and Shin

So we are just gonna jump into
"She is bride and we get married in a month👀"

The small print is annoying me so much
But her and Shin's dynamic is good
Her sass 🤭💅👌✨️

Picking up this book again 🙃

So I like how fast-paced the book is and I I don’t like her. The village was sacrificing girls because they were beautiful in the name of a sacrifice to the gods to keep their little village safe. I get is Chinese mythology and all but human sacrificing is just wrong if I was one of those girls in those villages. I’d put a scar on my face just to keep this from not happening to me.
