Are you supposed to have such a stomach churning reaction to horror? I don’t read this genre much. I really like medieval set stories (maybe ones that border on grimdark?) but this one in REALLY crass…..

I want to be transfixed by this fight and battling monsters but I keep zoning out and having to reread because I cannot for the life of me picture what is going on

Really harsh and vulgar but that’s the point and somehow I am enjoying it and want to see where this dynamic goes and where the girls visions lead
