Rather cozy...adult level...easy reading. Not sure I'm excited for the 2nd book but curious. The drama of historical times is sometimes intriguing. Easy. It calms my nerves to read it.

It's alright....I kinda resent reading about political stuff because it's boring but its moving along decently and it's how she differentiates the timelines. It's so easy to read that I easily go passed my 10 pages a day...which is surprising to me. It's rare that I get on a groove with a book, (beloved ACOTAR!) so something must be working
