Mickey has had a 1 yr sabbatical from law after being shot in previous book, many surgeries, getting hooked on paid meds then going to rehab and getting clean. He is not advertising all these facts just let it be know he was taking time off for health reasons.

Great suspense legal thriller with lawyer Mickey picking up a boatload of clients from a former acquaintance attorney who was killed. He put up pro Visa in his will that all his clients would be turned over to Mickey. One case in particular is a very high profile Hollywood murder.
