Thoughts on Part Five (3/3):
- I really really wish the entirety of this part had been a separate book altogether, with how much we have to unpack / that has merely been brought in for dramatics. Still a lovely book, just that I will probably lower my rating to 4.25/4.5 instead of my initial thoughts of a perfect 5 star rating.

Thoughts on Part Five (2/3):
- ...why, just why, did Sasha have to die :((( Seriously reminds me of Patroclus and Achilles, his final moments with Dmitrii (also whyyyy did they have to be first cousins yet so shippable to me T-T).
- ...frick, now I want to ship Medved/Vasya/Morozko too ;-; I swear the possibilties are frying my puny little brain.

...I can see why people would ship Medved with Vasya, the single time I checked AO3 for fanfics after reading TGITT. But nope, not me :") I think I prefer torturing Konstantin with that little chaos demon.

"The Enemy of My Enemy" truly is the only name this chapter deserves to have.

...oHH, it just hit me that the chyerti were hoping Vasya would make Morozko and Medved have better relations with each other, instead of this ridiculous game of cat and mouse and imprisoning each other. Medved's capture is just part of that never-ending cycle, instead of an end to the brothers' feud.

Okay, yeah, Polunochnitsa's disappointment is valid indeed, if this is true.

Thoughts on Part Four (2/2):
- However, most importantly... wHY IS AO3 DOWN AHHHHHH I don't think I can survive weeks until I can get my hands on some Medved/Konstantin fanfics 😭 But seriously, there is so, so much to uncover between the two of them.
- ...Fuck, I forgot the Tartars were a problem 🫠

Thoughts on Part Four (1/2):
- HAHAHAHA I am absolutely living for Morozko and Sasha's interactions!!
- And yesss I love Olya, too, when she finally asks Vasya who this "man" is.
- Ooh I love love love this section (perhaps this whole book, if Part Five goes well) because there's so much happening in each page :0 So much excitement!
