halfway through book 3, I'm finding that I agree with him on pretty much all of the deeper concepts he's getting at and the underlying theological messages, but I think some of his wording or specific things he's attacking may be a little misleading or too far. how plays often aim to make people feel emotions of sadness. It kind of seemed to me as though he was attacking all forms of art that are not made for the express purpose of glorifying God. And that to me seems incredibly sad and misleading. Personally I feel that all human-made art is intrinsically a glorification of God whether the artist meant it that way or even believes in God or not. But that is my own view of

I'm extremely interested by the prospect of this book and have been really wanting to read it for quite a long time. I just finished book 1 (of 13) and have annotated it intensely. I love annotating books so much when they're actually of interest to me and this is quite frankly fascinating. I certainly don't agree with all his notions and didn't go in expecting to but that's part of the fun. Very fascinating
