Another lot of books my mother brought me that I felt obligated to read. These are worse than the murder mystery series she gave me about the little caterer lady and the other rip-off series about the pastry chef. At least those had recipes. The dialogue in these books are so heavily laced with British slang it's a little annoying and the people are all so rude and horrible to each other I hate them already.
