So far, this book is very repetitive -- and it seems "general" -- some of the examples have been interesting (like the story of the Boeing 777) but I guess I'd like to see some more different roadmaps and such.

Reading this - I understand that the "program manager" title at my last job was NOT warranted - hundreds and THOUSANDS of activities and many individual contributors - you have to break things up into multiple projects to run independently -- the point of a program is to track the linkages and dependencies of the different projects.
