This book is great. Josh and Ellie Andert sent it to us. I love the hard science approach to knowing. Josh knows me well. Sadly, a lot of the advice on how to talk to toddlers is also the way I train my RA's to talk to new college students. "You seem angry. Are you angry? You seem angry because your roommate locked you out."
