Every thought or speech that comes out of Hafiz's mouth makes me mentally spew curse words at his direction. She has done NOTHING and yet he is super paranoid. But when she brings up a LEGIT complaint ... will that is nothing... why are you so mad. I am not going to last to the end of this book.

This book vaguely reminds me of this old Marilyn Monroe where Marilyn Monroe is a dancer or a singer and falls for this nerdy diplomat and vice verse. She breaks up with him because she realizes he can do a lot for stopping the war but he wouldn't be able to because people would judge him badly for dating her. I liked that movie. I wonder if that movie was the seed to this book. ??? What is the name of that movie?
