Thus far not really of any help in practical repairs for a broke and understaffed library. Any recs from people out there on pragmatic children's book repairs on a budget?
(As for personal collection, I've already failed at the dusting often enough or having the right shelves, but not exactly in a position to buy new shelving...)

You know, mocking libraries for needing cost effective repairs is not helpful. We seriously don't have the budget for anything beyond tape and glue, so why can't you make useful suggestions instead?
