I don't really want it to end

I love the monster that is attacking Northcote Hospital as it's trying to kill them (3 nurses on duty) but not kill them too. Now I'm wondering whether the rest of the patients had the same fate as Simon & Arthur? or if they just vanished into thin air?

I'm already on Chapter 3 and it's not the writing style I was expecting or used to reading but it's enjoyable to read nevertheless. (Also, the cover feels soft & somehow satisfying)
