One of my New Year's goals is to read through ST. Gilson is a helpful guide. He notes that for Thomas (and the Western tradition) God is defined as "being." He's also using personal pronouns to talk about "God" while he is defining God as "being." Is he identifying "person" with "being" (nature)?
