This is taking me forever to read because I have such a minimal interest in the stories of Sinai's grandparents and parents... Maybe they will be relevant, but right now I do not care at all. I would like to hurry up and get to the part where Sinai is born on the cusp of India's independence and therefore their lives are forever linked, thanks.
