Not as good as The Martian. Weir took a chance with his second book to write from the perspective of a young Saudi girl, named Jazz...I think he needed a little more seasoning as an author before trying to write a female protagonist. Secondly, I found the storyline to be a bit ridiculous and would have preferred a more realistic drama in the city of Artemis, the first city on the Moon.
