What I liked best about Two Kinds of Truth is how Connelly managed to insert Harry Bosch, now at least 65 (or the youngest tunnel rat ever to serve in Vietnam) at the heated center of a fascinating and violent crime ring, and have him draw blood and escape death as he brings heinous criminals to his own kind of cop-inflicted vigilante justice. Breathtaking spectacle of my favorite cop just keeping on keeping on.
