Another wonderful section. I'm enjoying all the "tips from the pros." That's a great thing to include in this devotional.

One confusing devotion in part three. Why are we talking about "socks" when "sex" is actually intended (I think)? That entry was too obscure. It felt like they were hiding their real meaning because young kids were in the room or something. This is the only entry I've found awkward. Honestly, it would have been much less awkward if they'd talked frankly about their intended topic.

Charlene What's your thoughts on this one so far Andrea?

Andrea Cox The first section was a bit too light for me, but once I got to the second section, the devotions dug as deep as I originally expected. It's keeping me laughing and contemplating how I would react to similar situations once I eventually marry. There are some great tips for how to remain calm and resolve differences in a civilized manner, which I can imagine would save a lot of marriages. I'm glad I'm reading this one, and so far, it's one I would recommend for married folks or those who are hoping to marry or are already engaged to be married.

Thanks for asking, Charlene!

Charlene No thank you Andrea! I saw this book when you started to read it and recommended it to a friend who I thought would enjoy it. So I was asking on her behalf but I love that you are reading it even though your not married. Honestly I just disqualified myself because I'm not married. But your right it's wise to be prepared :). May give it a read

Andrea Cox As a single woman, I thought it was wise to get advice from those who've already gotten married. So far, this book is definitely worth a read as a single person. It's opening my mind to break free from too many incorrect expectations. It's also encouraging me that any issue that comes up in marriage is able to be talked through. I hope you'll give it a try. You never know what you might learn.

Charlene Me to :). I have to say CFD is like being introduced to a whole need world I didn't know existed. Truly a blessing. I'm so excited to get more involved.

Andrea Cox Aw, Charlene, I am so grateful to hear you've already felt so blessed by CFD. You just made me smile, girl. Thanks!
