Used this book to write a business plan for OJ Publishing - a new book publishing company we're in the throes of setting up at www.ojpublishing.com for the purposes of publishing and selling books. It worked well. We now have an eleven page document and some clarity about what the business can do. Good, clear and concise. Recommended.

Done reading, but not done writing so keeping it open.

All reading and no writing makes Robert a lazy sausage.

Writing the business plan whilst reading is slowing me down considerably. Also, I find that I'm being told to write the same thing in multiple sections, which don't make a whole lot of sense to me.

Started to use this information to write our business plan. That way I can record all the ideas this book is sparking off in me.

Concise and to the point. Some of it sounds kind of old fashioned - like the bits about tech, but most of it is sound advice. Like most books, I wish it would focus on my needs alone, but I accept that that is rather unlikely to happen.
