Dumbed down rewrite of You've Got Mail in reverse (she knows who she's corresponding with, he doesn't). No cleverness. No heat. No banter. Lots of sentences stating the obvious. (Ex. "Little did he realize she was the employee he was referring to." Yes. We know.)
