This memory was important because George was a huge part of the college and everyone looked up to him. He was a silent leader that everyone likes and appreciates. Words of the Wiser - Coach John told the team a story about a former player who was one of the most quite players. He worked hard every day by doing wallball after practice while the rest of the team was taking hot showers. After everyone noticed he was working hard, the team started working hard and everyone got better as a team. Now the team might come together and someone will start acting like the leader.
