Gini’s Reviews > The Pursuit of Poetry: A Guide to Its Understanding and Appreciation with an Explanation of Its Forms and a Dictionary of Poetic Terms > Status Update

Inching my way through the dictionary of poetry terms. Interesting, but will be little more than an introduction for me. I know I'll visit this many times in the future.

Finding this an interesting read still. Have to admit the terms aren't as much fun to read although the author has made it better than other lists I've seen. Why am I reading this? I want to begin to get a handle on poetry. I like it, but need some help with it. Slept through it in school basically.

Since all things poetry are basically new for me I'm enjoying this book. Easy to read, examples related to discussion, and best of all I understand what is discussed. So far.
