Hi friends! I'm hunting for a book for my next reading challenge category 🤓 Any recommendations for a book with a red or pink cover?

No. But I have been told that I really, REALLY should. I wouldn't necessarily describe myself as a squeamish reader, but I am the type that needs to prepare myself before I delve into more disturbing content.

Thanks, Val! And it's available on Kindle Unlimited, which is a plus for me.

Thank you, my dear! Looks like Neanderthal Seeks Human is free right now - I don't know if I will use it for this category, but I will snatch it up!

I ended up loving that series, but the first book can be dodgy. It really works best if you read all three books in a row as one big story.

Thank you! "True love with a stripper"? Color me intrigued!

Did you ever watch the television series based on the Phyrne Fisher books? I haven't read the books, but I have seen quite a few episodes of the show.

The first and second books are available on my library's Overdrive site. The third is checked out, but no one is on hold...

I think that I'm going to take the plunge. 😬

Critterbee❇ I like the series very much! And I have contributed to the kickstarter for the movie.

I really like the books, and am working my way through the series.
