The amount of attention the writer gives to condensation on bottles and glasses is starting to be notable but I find it amusing rather than annoying.

The pressure the character is getting to vote and give feedback on social media updates is probably more than I could handle without being a lot snarkier than he is.

Seeing this as a tv show makes the way the story is told make more sense but at this point I am wishing it were less avant garde. Not sure what will happen with the character and wondering if things will turn out well for him.

Hard to figure out the transitions unless I think about as the tv episode it was supposed to be. But really enjoying it.

The social media aspect of this novel set only slightly in the future but with a reality much like our own, plus the irreverent tone of first person narration makes the book very enjoyable, while still complex from both a literary and social science perspective.

Acerbic wit and cleaer-cut personality types plus a State that is over-reaching into personal areas makes this a perfect fit for me today. These are people I recognize!
