Apa sebenarnya kegunaan kasut terutama kasut sekolah? Bukankah kasut fungsinya melindungi kaki? Seorang pelajar sekolah dimestikan memakai kasut yang putih lagi bersih ke sekolah, jika tidak akan dikenakan denda, dikata tidak kemas dan sebagainya. Sedangkan mungkin saja pelajar ini tadi berjalan kaki ke sekolah. Lagi mengharukan yang terpaksa berjalan kaki meredah jalan berlopak atau batas padi di kawasan pedalaman.
