Zach plays the hero. Although he doesn’t save people from villains, he takes on the strong role of being the games’ #1 player and world famous celebrity. Zach was in the unique position of being able to choose to risk all of his life’s earnings to play another game, and potentially win big or retire early and keep what he has. When he chooses to play again, it is almost like a source of inspiration for other players.

The audience of my book is directed towards teens. The main character, Zach, is almost 18, which means that the book should be directed towards an audience younger than that. The events in my book aren’t specifically appealing to a certain age, but they aren’t really directed towards younger kids. There are a lot of male characters in the book, along with a video game type concept, so it might be directed to boys.

I think that Kyle is a minor character in my book, while he also plays an important role of describing the game. At the beginning of the book, when Zach’s memory is gone, Kyle is there to catch him up until he regains his memory. Although this doesn’t sound like a big part, we also learn with Zach about the game and get caught up with Zach’s circumstance.

In my book, Zach is a dynamic character. I don’t know for sure because I’m still at the beginning of the book, but Zach is planning on going on his last play, and he is deciding to change his technique and play with risk. I think that he realized his circumstances, and decided that if he wanted to live successfully and become rich, he has to take a chance to get there.

I just started reading my book, but from what I know, my book seems to be a voyage and return story. I know that this book is about a game that has replaced schools to teach students how to make mistakes and live a successful life. Each “play” has the students live a realistic virtual reality life from birth to death. We follow a celebrity player, Zach through his last play of the game. The voyage will be his play.
