Please do not act as if it is some huge mystery as to why women got more lobotomies then men. You literally spend half a paragraph on it when most of the book has been about this practice. You literally say that lobotomies produce traits that were considered to be ideally female. Dude.

This sucks. Why are you talking about yourself? I don’t really care about your journalism career. If you wanted to write a story about your family then do it man, just don’t sell your book with some patients name on the cover! A little messed up that you use the guy your grandfather lobotomized to frame the story of your grandfathers life.
