Finished The Killing Game by Toni Anderson: 3.5 stars. Different setting, conservation theme, spies, espionage, betrayal, love, romance, and family drama. Some good twists and turns, and a steamy romance.

Falling SEAL Legacy by Sharon Hamilton: DNF at end of chapter 20 of 43. The story had potential but the execution's blah. This book needed a proofreader; for example, the spelling of 1 character's name bounces between Austen & Austin. The hero, Coop, is selfish, thoughtless & a player. The heroine Libby is also selfish & thoughtless as well as stupid, naive & spoiled. Maybe the villain will get them! No HEA!

Finished Legal Ease by Lori Ryan: 3 stars. Nice use of the fake marriage trope, and other tropes. Heavy on romance, which was sweet and steamy, but light on mystery and suspense. I like the cast, may read more in the series.

Finished Secret Guardian by Jill Sanders: 3 stars. Some suspense and action but the mystery was cliched and easy to figure out. Romance was sweet and steamy, mostly believable. Nice to see the hero wasn't angsty and had a good family and background, though not drama free. I'm interested in reading more in the series.
