This chapter detailing how business in the collasping Roman empire collapsed is quite entertaining ... in a very depressing sort of way.

Believe it or not, I actually made progress while on vacation. I guess this makes for a fine Amtrak book ^__^

That line about insurance at the end of chapter 2 isn't going to age well; I can't believe the editor left it in.

Best line yet: "Contrary to the apparent assumption of Wall Stree Journal editorial writers, business did not precede government on this earth. Rather, the growing competence of governments created the fundamental circumstances and skills that make business possible."

I must have read two great reviews for this because I had it in two different to-read places. Hopefully, it'll be more interesting than the other two books I'm trying to read right now. Bwahahahaha!
