Still reading this, but I have to say that what I took for a very well written stream of consciousness tale by a person who also seemed sane is becoming quite tedious.

The main characters (thus far) seem neurotic and weak. Alcohol plays a big part for one character, as we learn what a total disaster she has become. Another is a serial cheater and I'd say I have almost zero sympathy for the characters at this point.
