Oh, the satire! I love it. And the serious comments she makes about women and how they are treated are on point.

Oh, the satire! I love it.

Polly's home from the hospital, and the concerning symptoms are gone. We might wonder if Dr. Kenny Rodgers is messing with her meds, but I think it's Camille. All that baking. But why?

Polly is in the hospital. She collapses in prison, but since no one saw, they don't know if it was an attack by an inmate, a stroke, or some other illness. She's in a coma and can't tell us a thing.
Meanwhile, a big ol' rock with "Die Bitch" written on it--seriously, in blood--crashes through Maggie's windshield, which is not a windscreen cause we are in the States.

Matt looks the same, but you know...different.
As was true in Protocol, a lot of the best material is when Maggie and Constantine banter, reminiscent of Cybill Shepherd and Bruce Willis in Moonlighting, back in the late 1980s. I even did a cursory search to see if Valenti was on the writing staff, but she is probably too young to have done it.

Oh, Polly. What have you done? There's some fun stuff in the scene with Deirdre also.

Parkinson's and suspense don't go well together. Inserting diseases associated with aging into a plot has worked its way onto my oh-please-no list, alongside alcoholism.

Since Maggie busted Big Pharma, you might think she'd have risen in the world, but Valenti keeps it real. This writer just makes me cackle with her perceptive humor.
