I read an interesting article today. It was about how to maintain healthy travel and have no jet lag when you fly long hours with an aeroplane.
So, along with the standard tips - don't drink alcohol, drink a lot of water, try to get some good sleep, have regular short walks - there is this one about exposing yourself to sunlight as soon as you land. This will align your internal clock and make your life easier.
