wow. tgis author really know how to undermine heroines. Ivy finds he lied by omission and kicks him away. But in one sentwnce the author makes her tha bad guy and he's the self.pitying douch bag. why am i still reading this hit mess???

well i knew aboit the grandma (aurora) going in. but i didnt know that she was the one to dump him and he was crushed by it. he had planned not to come back to village til after she'd died of old age (in her 80's), but the grail... too many refernces to how much ivy (19) looks like aurora. Other vague references to past 'rolls in the hay'. lachlan is not too promising so far. i like ivy though!
