I'm still convinced whatever time you got into a comic is going to be your favorite era. For the Fantastic Four and me, that was John Byrne in the 80's. I could hardly go on this digital comic kick without adding these to my library. Looking forward to the stories I remember, but it's nice to leisurely make my way there with some bonus material and additional history.

Again, I'm enjoying my retro-journey back in time, approaching the book from just shortly before I started collecting it originally. I still look forward (probably in the next volume) to turning the page and seeing the cover of that first issue I bought. Memory is a little fuzzy to the exact issue number, but it was a giant-sized issue, and I'll know it the second I see it.
