Superb, an enthralling read ! Honest, wise. As one now engaging Mahamudra, I found her sharing of her Great Seal retreat a helpful reminder that awaking is a gradual process, so to engage the path with gentleness to self. Raised Baptist, like her, I appreciate her respect for that path, as I do. She reminds us - however far we travel, we carry home with us. This is a truly humble being.
