Depends what you want from it. It is a good survey to familiarise yourself with his work. This range always is. Some of the text was hard to read when they printed on a grey background. If you want something more in-depth I would recommend Jonathan Culler's 'On Deconstruction: Theory and Criticism After Structuralism'.
