This SF dystopian novel started out pretty strong (notwithstanding the first person present tense narrative) but started unraveling for me about a third of the way in, and right I'm barely interested enough to finish. VERY choppy. Some good ideas but Jay Shiffman doesn't have the writing skills yet to make it all work.
