This is actually the end of the book, because my copy has a ton of excerpts in it. That's dumb.

Chapter 17 - would it be wrong of me to say I still like the darkling? But I am liking them on the run. I wish books would stay in the training phase of things longer! I love that part

The way Mal came back in reminds me of The Selection. I like the priest dude freaking her out.

"Mal had moved on, but I was still standing frightened before those three mysterious figures, holding tight to his hand."
