do you ever go into a period where you rate every book 4 or 5 stars, and you have to wonder whether a) your standards have lowered or b) they’re just really good books

same with when I'm rating low on lots of books at once, I wonder if I've lost interest in books. It's not a good feeling!

I'm having the same problem! I think almost all my books have been 4-5 stars this year and then I think, wait, are these actually good books or am I just really really excited?

yeah but i like those times much better than the times i rate everything 1 or 2 stars. lol
Or half the books you’re reading are re-reads of your favourites.... 😂 Me this year.
